I rarely write reviews. But I don’t want someone making the same mistake as me. I purchased 2 of these guns for my 2 boys. Literally after playing with them for 2 hours the back part fell off.
We have now had these guns a total of 3 days and both of them have fallen apart. For the money they charge for them this is just a joke. I have purchased better guns at far less money!
Don’t purchase these and waste your money..

Upon first inspection, the toy is awesome. Almost an exact replicate of an M-4 rifle, plus- The lights are cool and the barrel spins. My son loved it. BUT>>> After two days the forearm grip on the rail broke off and could not be reattached without breaking off again and again. After two weeks the lights on the rail of the gun and the barrel no longer lit up; which he didn’t mind to much because he said it “makes it look real”. And after three weeks the area from the rail/barrel to the main frame of the gun completely broke off requiring me to glue it back together which does not really make it stay intact; because there is little plastic contact in this area. So it was good while it lasted but it didn’t last long. My 7 year old son who used a lemonade stand to purchase this item $[...] plus shipping loved it initially but was left disappointed.

As my son says: “mom this gun rocks” Although I don’t think the durability is that great, my son loves it and can’t put it down. He loves the lights and the “realistic” sounds. would recommend to a friend

Within two weeks of purchase, this gun fell apart on us. It received no more “wear and tear” than any of our nerf guns, but broke in two after being dropped as any kid is likely to do.
That being said, it is still one of my son’s favorite toys. He just holds the two pieces together, bless his heart. The lights no longer work, but the sounds still do.
I gave it three stars for education because my husband says it is a reasonably realistic imitation of the weapon he used in Iraq. He enjoyed teaching my son how to hold it properly and how to position his trigger finger when not firing, etc.
